David at Kings has always been very thorough & listens if I have any questions & always give a professional answer! My Tahoe is well taken care of with Kings and there crew! So glad to have a place that you can trust and do the job right and if something else is found that needs addressed they will call or send a message.. I’m thankful for that & them.

Outstanding service. Kings auto has given me relief to an ongoing headache that was compounded by being taken advantage at other local auto shops. Kings Auto, and David specifically, has helped me regain trust in mechanics. Straight forward, honest, and keeps you in the loop. An experience that I've not yet encountered in Prineville when it comes to automotive work. I cannot thank Kings Auto or David enough. They lent me a car while mine was in the shop, test drove the car before and after working on it to check, and they kept me in the loop with every step. I also appreciate the courtesy calls they will give a week after work to make sure you are happy with the work they did. Cannot stress enough how burnt out I was with dealing with untrustworthy mechanics, and how much it was costing me to deal with unprofessional individuals. Every since I started taking my vehicles to Kings, I stopped being so stressed about car problems. Thank you again!

I took my car to King’s Auto for a wheel alignment and vehicle inspection, and as always I had a great experience. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They explained what needed to be done and completed the work in a timely manner. I really appreciated the honest service and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend King’s Auto to anyone looking for reliable auto service.

Nico treated me with such respect and was so incredibly timely! He ended up saving me $100. He gave me some information that another shop had gate kept from me. Anyways, I highly recommend taking your vehicle to King auto!

King’s Auto really helped me when I was in a bind commuting from out of state. I was on top of government camp and my truck was acting up, going into lower power mode, had check engine light come on - all the while I was pulling a trailer. I was heading to Prineville and called from the side of the road in government camp. I first called ford in Prineville, who were very friendly but informed me they were booked out for the next few months. They recommended King’s Auto so I called and had a friendly conversation with the staff there. Hearing my circumstances, they agreed to squeeze me in and attempt to help me (depending on what the problem was.). They allowed me to drop my truck off and would attempt to at least remedy any problem enough to where I wouldn’t encounter the same issue on my drive back. David, the manager, was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem, find a quick remedy (by the next day), and make recommendations for further maintenance to prevent issues from arising in the future. I was able to make it back and schedule the recommended course of actions. I am grateful for the help as they really got me out of a tight situation. Highly recommend!
